Your Right to Cancel and Return
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason, and request a full refund. This applies to both faulty and non-faulty items.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To start a return, please email us at hello@crochettoolbox.co.uk with the following details:
- Your name
- Order number
- Details of the item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
We’ll respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We’ll offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as digital downloads, custom-made products, or items marked as non-returnable, cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
